if this is re the snl show 80's, i am 36(almost 37) and have been watching snl since '81 or '82 (i'm not sure). the show for someone like me was brilliant except that, when the producers or writers or actors or musical guests were on, under their names, if their names were shown, the one thing that was missing was the date stamp under their names. that would have made the show absolutely perfect because i used to watch the show when i was a child mostly for the music and was trying to figure out exactly what year i started watching. i am an snl head and know all of the cast members, remember the producers -- everything. i know it was eddie murphy who drew me to the show. but it said he came on in '80. i know i didn't start watching then. but probably it was '81. if you had just had the time stamps under everyone who spoke or when the musical guests were shown, i could have figured it out. my guess is 12. like i said, i am now almost 37. I AM A FAN. my one dream is to attend the snl taping some day. thanks

C'mon reviewers...the SNL 80's was by far the best period of the show with some of the best casts. I get so sick of people loving the silly 70's version which was good at times, but not as insightful or as intelligent as the 80's and the early 90s were.
