Critic Reviews

80 IGN
Most of these games utilized proprietary controls that the system can't emulate...so the original games' feel just can't be matched on the handheld. But this compilation does its darndest to make these games fun.
80 GameSpot
A solid collection of games that are still just as playable as they were when they were first released many years ago.
78 GameZone
"Centipede" is perhaps the most exciting addition to this classic compilation and thanks to its intense action and the ability to turn the screen 90 degrees and play it the way it was intended it is one of the funnest games in the collection.
78 Nintendo Power
All games look, sound and play like you remember. [May 2002, p.138]
70 Game Informer
Since I was a Huffy riding, "Dukes of Hazzard" watching child of the 80's, I found playing these old classics particularly appealing. [June 2002, p.87]
60 All Game Guide
Apart from a new trivia quiz, the collection delivers just about what you'd expect from such an anthology.
57 Computer and Video Games
You've got to wonder how these idiots get their jobs. Six games are on this cart and not one of them is as much fun as the original despite near pixel-perfect conversions.
